I do not know what's happening, but today my upload speed is really slow, like 100 kb/s. Normally I get 1 MB. And also the download speed is slow, 70 kb/s. Any tips you can give?

I'm having a problem. Most of my .avi files have different sizes i.e., a file uploaded with 700 MB now has 103 MB size. What's happening?

OK, I didn't explain very well: I have uploaded a file via browser. When I open the download page and follow the steps to download the file, your site is asking for a password, and I didn't protect the file with password. Even Jdownloader asks for a password. Why?

Hi I'm trying and making some tests with a free registered account with your host. The fact that has unlimited storage and unlimited speed for free users is a must. But I'm confused. This seems a stupid question, but... how does a free user downloads the file on the download page?? It appears...

Hi Mike. I know that NL is being massively used by uploaders and downloaders in these days, but I think NL should put the free download speed issue priority number one. The speed is too slow for free users, and they are avoiding NL links. My download speed is, for example, 10 kb/s. Thanks. :)

Thanks for the info Sonic. But I was also talking about the other hosters, that have way much traffic from USA then ul.to. Now it's evident the USA block. They almost don't have traffic. Thanks.

We shouldn't worry about ul.to blocking USA... What we should worry about is all filehosters doing the same thing, that is, block USA, as strategy. It's becoming clear that they prefer to loose 40/50/60% of the market quota (USA) instead closing doors... Just my opinion...

I have a question: can I remote upload from ul.to to RapidShare even with a free (registered of course) ul.to account? And vice-versa?

The fastest speed that I can get in Filepost as a free user is 48 kb/s... :facepalm: :D
