No news of Pending Deposit 22june 2012

it has been 6 days since u replied to me that my funds would be in but till now it is not reflected in my payza account. can you please check and advice why there is still such a long delay? what exactly is wrong? i really need the funds urgently.

what if i cancel the transaction? can you guys send it back to my bank? would it help to get it back faster?

p/s. the ref no is under the beneficiary name and add on the remittance form as there was no other fields for me to state it in.

Where the Hell is my money!!!!

I'm so angry by the way this stupid company has managed my case! I have been waiting for more than 2 months to get a frozen balance refunded to my credit card.

Here is the refund email:

Date Initiated: 4/18/2012
Amount: $131.24 USD

We have reversed this transaction as we do not allow members to deposit funds by Credit card and withdraw them through another source, or send to an Exchanger. Therefore, the funds have been reversed to your credit card. Please allow 3-4 business days for the funds to show as available on your credit card.

Is there any phone number to contact the company? And don't try to give me the ones that appear on the site, those are not working. Please Solve this issue as soon as possible. This kind of service is not professional at all!!!!!!!!!!!

I try to contuct with zeekrewards and they did not answered me. And I think problem is with payza.And Payza sent me that email.

I want a refund to my CC. The email sent by Alert pay says that the funds were sent to be refunded. I don't want to use Payza services, I just want my money back to my CC and also I want a working phone number.

How many times do I have to ask for a refund? If you don't do something with my situation I will file a claim with my bank and then you will have problems, what a stupid company!

I heard back from my team concerning your request to have the amount in question refunded to your credit card.
It turn out the funds can only get put on your balance. We apologize if this is an inconvenience to you, unfortunately it has been too long and we simply can no longer reverse the funds after a certain time period.
