After reading all the comments in this thread, and in other forums,
I concluded:

1. I will not use payza, in fact I'll stay far away from him

2. I advise everyone not to use this system, why?!
2.1. Is not reliable.
2.2. Support Sucks ( When a person uses the support is because he needs help, not with an answer after 2 months that will help )
2.3. To withdraw funds is a real complication
2.4. Many bugs in the site
2.5. Lack of security

3. Mr Marco, you should not have opened this thread because you're just responding to whom you interested, I see people who have real problems, you do not answer them.

4. Mr Marco, If you really want to succeed with your payment system, you should put more staff to work, so that their customers can have a support with a quick response. ( max. 1 day )

5. Until these problems are corrected, I'll stay away from this system.

hi marco

i remitted funds to Payza 22 june but till now still showing pending in my payza acct although my bank has already confirmed successful transfer.
submitted ticket (CEN-393-13444) on 2 july which asked for proof which i immediately submitted.

waited till 4 july still no reply so i called payza support and was told all docs were in order and they see no reason for the delay. support confirmed funds will be in 24-48hrs so i waited again. 48hrs passed and still no funds so i had to call support again om 6 jul. was told funds would be in by day end but till now still no funds!

submitted a second ticket (JEC-877-57956) on 7 july again. trying to call for the past days but cant get thru. is your support tel down?

it is frustrating and worrisome especially since i was told twice funds would be in last week.
i need the funds very urgently to support myself. pls help urgently.

today payza updated there user agree in which it wrote it will not accept any investment site now.so will matrix and mlm site will also be stopped??will hyip and revshare will also be stopped??plz tell me as there is much more confusion with this update by payza.if u clear this here it will be great will payza allow mlm and matrix and revshare sites???need an urgent reply plzzz

I understand you are eager to resolve these disputes. I know I would be if I was in your shoes.

Our system is set up so that disputes require little to no attention of our resolution specialists unless 14 days go by. If the dispute is still on going after 14 days our resolution specialists will mediate the dispute and credit the funds accordingly after concluding their investigations.

My suggestion is that you stay receptive to any communication coming from either our selves or the merchant in question.

At this point I cannot lend you my aid on this matter and encourage you to resolve it through the appropriate channel (our resolution center).

If there's anything I could do, I would have done it by now.

Hello Marco, Why are you not responding to any of my posts

I have two very serious issues concerning my payza account and i have been sending suppert teckets for three weeks with no reply. I don't know what ease to do. All i ask is if you could PLEASE have One of your Advisors look into these dispute issues concerning my account?

The first dispute i fild was over a week ago agenst a website called royalty7.com. This site scammed me out of three payments totaling $300 all payments were mabe thru payza.com. I tried several times to contact the seller but he is not responding to emails or any open dispute clams.

The second dispute i fild was, I sent a payment of $237 to the rong payza account. I tried several to contact the person that received the funds in ther account to ask if thay could return the funds but i get no reply. Can you please help me? Below is the latest ticket ID# i sent to payza support.

Hi Michomoz,

Withdrawals made to your PrePaid Debit Card can take 1-4 business days. Sometimes they do take the full amount of time advertised.

We are still processing payments for the MLM industry. As for "cycler" type business models, they are basically HYIP, so we would not support matrix/rev sharing.

Depositing money from bank account into payza

Hi,

Can someone help me as I have been trying to deposit money from my local bank account into my Payza account but I constantly get the following message "The bank account that you selected does not support deposit at this time." ... this is preventing me from making deposits into the payza account. As you asked, I have several,posts direct to you on forum digital point with my serious concern regarding $700 wired on 15th June, 2012 for my payza account yet not been credited for 35 days. Why do you waste people's time and money as well? You never replied my requests sent more than one week back with all reference tickets I already sent to payza support. What would you say now? Any answer,? 35 days are not more than enough? Even not a single reply from your NOMINATED CUSTOMER SUPPORT for my several tickets.
(would appreciate if any member could advise how to prosecute against payza for my money ($700 wired on 15th june, 2012).
