If you have paid via paypal and used a credit card then you are covered by your card regardless of what paypal will say. You may also get some luck if you have paid from your bank account.

If paypal wont play ball then go straight to your card issuer.

If you paid with a Paypal balance then you have no chance
 
If it was other host, they would first of all move their sites immediately to another datacenter and bring that up.

They are just updating on twitter and no other updates which makes all of us afraid.
 
Actually the evoboxes vps were on servers that they bought from RS. RS ended up buying them out or whatever the financial deal was that they worked out a few months ago to take control of the brand. But evoboxes never had their own servers, they were always a part of RS in some form from the start.

It's been more than 17 hours. I just wish there's more updates on Twitter. Lots of speculations going on...
 
it's the first time in my 7 years online career when i hear about null routing the whole ISP's ip network because of a ddos. So for me it sounds rather suspicious.
But i hope that i'm mistaken.
 
I certainly hope not. They've been terrific so far. At least for me. I certainly wouldn't want this to be over especially with all my data.
