I didn't mean down as in down im sorry i meant with so many servers facing issues

From what i am being told there should be no data lose on any of the servers
 
We are working as hard as we can to fix this this. With a event so unpredictable and so wide spread we can only do so much out side the data center. I can assure you that every available engineer in our data center is working on this diligently. No one should lose any data and every one should get there server back just how it was left. We just ask that you bare with us in the un presented event as we try our hardest to bring every thing back in to working order.

PS. that screen shot your referring to about us be dissolved was us changing our name from rapidspeeds limited to rapidspeeds international so before you think you know it all get your facts straight please
 
Most of the companies (after scamming) try to keep users engaged in waiting for their response and in the meantime they withdraw the money and run away.

Guys, rapidspeeds claims that they own all the hardware equipments. If that's true, they won't run away.
But the thing is , whats the proof that they own the equipments ?

@ ajf64 - Do you have direct contact with the owner Darren ?
Why aren't you updating your website (shift it to different host maybe) ?
How can both NL and USA DC get attacked at same time ?
Whats the proof that the servers are yours (and you are not resellers ) ?

Can you give more detail on what's happening on the dc,
as you guys said on the twitter, the entire network had been nullrote by ddos.

How big of the ddos? I believe everyone here want official explain what's really happening.

Furthermore, please give more detail to explain the rumor that your company is dissolved. Most people don't mind you just tell us, "Sorry, we forgot to pay the server bill", instead of treating us like a fool for not revealing the truth.

Your engineers are working so so hard that's good but we all were asking for updates.Why didn't you reply in last 8 hours ?

Now you'll go offline again and after some 5-6 hours you'll come again tell us that engineers are working very hard till now.

But where is the ETA ?
 
Why don't you put the main site online for a change!? We would be relieved that something is coming up!! Just put it on as a portal, deactivate all the carting options for now! We would know that there is still hope!

@pankaj you should know better than associate Rapidspeeds with scam. It's highly unlikely.

Give them a day. I'm a customer too. But if everyone makes a Paypal dispute this will only slow them down. Now, we don't know the full story as to what's going on. Give them the benefit of a doubt unless of course you've been facing problems all these while. I've been with them for more than a year.

By far, this is the worst downtime. Let's wait for a few more hours. Hopefully Darren will post a thing or two to reassure his customers that things are going to be fine.

Also, Ajf64 is a new staff so I wouldn't expect him to know very much. I think he knows as much as we do. BUT thehacker did say The whole company thing is just a coincidence with us moving to a company based in another country for tax reasons.

To be honest im just tech support and sales support from what im being told there was a issue in both our DC's im not exactly sure what it is but i do know that is being fixed and im assured from darren him self that all servers will be back up. Im being completely honest with every one i can say this out technical engineers have been running around like mad men all day and still have not stopped and there dose not look like a end any time soon. I have limited contact with the DC at this time due to our entire system and site being down i only have what i can get from our staff chat that is still going. But if you all can keep calm and work with me here i will update you guys as much as i can as soon as i get the information.

I will say this i have had my personal servers with rapidspeeds for some time now and never had any issue untill now i know them well and believe them when they say something is very wrong. Think of how much money we are going to lose from this no one would do this on purpose.

Their name server were down too,
a hosting company should have a dns server with anycast IP to prevent many kinds of attacks.

This is easy to get a cloud server from other hosting company, then just update the DNS, so customers will know what's happening clearly.

It came to my mind that Rapidspeeds is ran away when I see their website is down too! Not everyone can reach twitter or WJ.
 
Then sir there is really nothing else i can say to you at this point. You have the right to do and say as you please i just don't see how this is helping the matter.

If some one feels they need to open a dispute they are more then welcome to do so. I understand the issues faced with them and don't blame them for wanting answers. But this is whats happening either you can chose to believe us and bare with us and wait and see the out come or you can do w/e it is you need to do.

PS. if he had real proof he would of already posted it
 
oOOOo damn, which 1 is true now..lucky my dedi expired on 01/12 lol, but i pay for 30days.But seriously speed from rapidspeed this week is slow not like before.
 
To the staff at RapidSpeeds:

Show us one support ticket from Leaseweb where they explain the problem.

Start a new thread if you need to, since this one has been closed prematurely.

Can staff please give the following info:

1. A copy of a single support ticket from Leaseweb, explaining the problem

2. Is this problem related to non-payment - yes or no?
 
I think you should haven't have deleted the post which was created by iHate. We all should have a right to know what is exactly going on cuz 20 hours downtime is not a joke and we all have no idea when it will finally get resolved..

To the Rapidspeeds owner why are you not posting here some visual proof?
