I guess they take over all servers and clients mean, only changing the owner of the company, and may let Darren and Gavin to keep running the business using Leaseweb's fund, but do not change much on Rs's business model. Sometime, a company having financial crisis does not mean their business...

I will reconsider if rs become a sister company of lsw and selling budget servers but come with the reliability of lsw. Like the relationship between 100tb and softlayer, isn't a bad idea.

I think many people do, including me. I think rs and lsw need to have some compensate if they want customers stay.
