@pankaj you should know better than associate Rapidspeeds with scam. It's highly unlikely.
Give them a day. I'm a customer too. But if everyone makes a Paypal dispute this will only slow them down. Now, we don't know the full story as to what's going on. Give them the benefit of a doubt unless of course you've been facing problems all these while. I've been with them for more than a year.
By far, this is the worst downtime. Let's wait for a few more hours. Hopefully Darren will post a thing or two to reassure his customers that things are going to be fine.
Also, Ajf64 is a new staff so I wouldn't expect him to know very much. I think he knows as much as we do. BUT thehacker did say The whole company thing is just a coincidence with us moving to a company based in another country for tax reasons.
