Why did Red Switches remove the ability to reinstall OS on a VPS? To me this seems like kind of an important ability when I am renting a VPS from someone.
And I can't even access my account page via billing.redswitches.com at all. It keeps timing out with the error message:
We're sorry...
The website you are trying to reach seems too busy at the moment.
Please try again in few seconds.
http://billing.boxslots.com/ still works for me. That's where I submitted all of my ticket requests. But the new instadedicated site has locked me out again even though I never changed the password. Oh well, unless they have added instant reinstalls and a few other features to their control...
You can now order directly from ovh.fr and kimsufi.fr. I'm thinking of getting a 100meg dedi and seeing what the performance is like. Its actually going to be less than what I was paying for my boxslots VPS.

+1
I still haven't rec'd my new vps details and raised a ticket asking for a refund (ticket number #648159) and it was closed with no reply.
I have now bought a small kimsufi dedi instead and just want the money returned that I paid last week.
When I requested a new password Gmail decided to dump the email into my spam folder. So be sure to check in there as well. It only took about 10 minutes for it to arrive, but about 20 for me to figure out where it was.
RS is already gone. Leaseweb was kind enough to bring the servers back online for a couple days. If you paid money to RS you need to dispute it with Paypal or your credit card company.
