Hey,

If you uploaded your DB to an external file host we will transfer it over. Just supply us with the URL of the backup, and email registered on BoxSlots.

Downote all clients will be handled respectively, This was a malicious attack sought via WHMCS we are doing everything we can, We have not run away or anything else we are here working right through the night to clear this up.
 
what the hell is ths? all data lost? my 2 vps blank,my 2 years old site and too many works,all gone? how its possible? you dont have backup of vps's? without my site data i think i will get made for sure.please tell wht to do now.
 
atleast reply,i think i need refund,my site database is huge,for which i got 300$ offer and now 0,its like........please reply boxslots you have backup or not? if have please help,otherwise i need refund.

well filehost are nor much trustable to store data but this time save my day, my main saint has been restored succesfully :))

all user database and files is gone, they only have billing backup I think.

you must improve your security system, imposible if backup all user data, that's a huge files.

I'm starting importing my data, I hope no more problem again.

luckily I always backup my site so not a big problem.

security of your host is your responsibility, so if you can't do that then fuck off.
