Was no outage, Was a bunch of trouble causers, all straightened out and cleared up, sorry for the wait.

@Maddog it's been a all hands on deck Saturday sorry bud, Pop open a ticket with any queries.
 
I would like to recommend this host. They handled whole situation with people from RapidSpeeds really well. Their support is great and fast. They are always very helpful. VPS is fast too. Thumbs up, people. :)

Before that... I got over 2,000 guests on forum (bots attack, I believe). Because I usually have like 200 people online same time.
 
I've been with BoxSlots for over 6 months. There was never such outage or server disappearance. And i've got over 5 servers with them.

Its no coincidence. I think 'someone' is causing harm to server providerS out here. I hope its not related to the WHMCS Security Issue, for which a patch was released on Dec 1. Hopefully they applied the latter.

Correct me if am wrong, i think same thing happened to servedome day before yesterday or so. I believe the BoxSlots people will update us very soon.

I trust them. And they recently bought a bunch of servers to accommodate the RapidSpeeds people. So before crying out 'help' 'help' and flooding this thread. Let's wait a bit, i'll say.

I believe the owner is from the UK with full access ect. so it will be morning 6-7 hours before fixed if there is a major issue.
 
I've got in contact with Rickie Via Skype currently, he working on getting all vps server back online howevery he has told me he's currently experience Internet Issue at this moment. The best thing I can tell client's is wait for an update from a staff of BoxSlots LTD.

billing.boxslots.com worked for a while but now it's down again. My missing ticket from yesterday and garbled symbols suggests that the database was restored from earlier backup... I wonder what is happening, I have lot of problems accessing my VPS since abou 8 hours ago. Sometime it was down, sometime I could barely connect. I really hope it's just momentary issue and won't happen in foreseeable future
 
Yeah. I had there 3 tickets. It was kinda weird whole day today and in the end, a lot of failed logins into SMF forum by bots. I just wanted to install some protection SMF plugins. But it went down right before it...
 
I'd love to get an update of what really happened? me thinks they're whmcs got hacked and vm's removed but thats a guess.
