Just ordered an account in France Server.
Checked the Demo account and the speed is really great, I hope this to be a good experience.
The seller is very responsive to queries.
If no one is interested in supporting, better make it open and remove the dependency for licensing server, you can still sell hosting and it will help people who are on self hosted sborg to continue use this awesome service.
My VPS is down, even the control panel to boot vps is not responding, getting 500 internal server error on it, ticket is not getting answered , nobody is replying on live help either.
What should i do?

The VPS is down from last 2 days and I ma not getting any reply on the ticket, please let me know how much time it will take to fix the issue.
I am using it from last 1 year and never had such issue, please don't force me to switch.
