They are good with their speeds and their support, so you can go ahead and order one.
I am with them for the past one and half month and never had a problem, apart from this one ofcourse. But hey, it can happen to any host
my site also hosted with him but now its down.....and i can understand his problem........but now what to do.........move to other host or keep using........i want to buy vps now i am in shared hosting

First, i'm sorry for Boxslots, it's really a sad new for this host and for boxslots's customers.
But guys, please stop crying about your dataloss and read these simple facts:
1. Whatever your host, do a fucking backup.
2. it's not the boxslots direct fault but the WHMCS script, look this security update : http://blog.whmcs.com/?t=43462
3. Stop thinking about your own business and start to think how Boxslots is trying to do the best for us (customers).
Nevermind, you can check the google cache if you lost important data. (not files ofc).
PS: Change all your passwords (CMS, Filehosts if u used rapidleech/sborg/etc)

This is the first major issue with BoxSlots,

Please do not post inaccurate information no ones data was revealed it was strictly done via WHMCS. Again stop posting stuff that is not true.

Maybe there are many tickets to answer and more than that the main problem is to create new VPS's to all clients,. just have some patience mate, they will soon reply to your ticket
