The only advice I can give you is to eat less food. Eat less calories than you burn, and avoid saturated fats. Exercise conditioning daily, and remember to get enough nutrition both before and after a session, so you get a good rest after the session, and that you have energy during the session. Eat some fast carbohydrates, as for example a banana right after exercise, and eat a protein rich meal when you come home again, to maintain muscle mass, or to build muscle mass. Remember that you burn a lot of muscles when you exercise conditioning, so you need to eat lots of protein. Protein also provides a feeling of fullness, so it may help the hunger you often experience during the day.

Daniel is saying wise words. Just did 40 minutes of pure cardio and 30 of ab,bicep, glutes and calves workouts.

Ate myself a good sandwich and some fruit.

Stay hydrated guys! And try to go with stuff like Powerade/Gatorade but don't over do it! Half in between your workout and the rest after you've ate and what not. Water makes you feel bloated and should only be used after working out.

i need to lose fat around my waist...
i am 211 pounds.
I get hungry every few hours...

I am planning to walk atleast 1-2 km every day or two... will that help.

should i get a treadmill?

Walk, pfft Jog nigga.

Treadmill helps alot but isn't required. I tend to get tired faster when I jog outside.

There is also much more fun to jog outside, considering that you are in some new surroundings at all times, and you will most likely jog both up, down and across. It also means that the time will go faster. Remember also to acquire a thing that can make sure you get your favorite music in your ears when you're out jogging. Remember to wear comfortable shoes.

You don't need Gatorade to have an effective workout, water ftw
You will need when your a marathon runner otherwise just stay away ;)
Just a marketing skill they use

jogging tools: comfortable cloths, a pair of running shoes, music player and a small towel.

am i right?

also should i hold a 500ml water bottle while jogging? coz i might die in some point.

Sup Smith? :)

What's your thoughts on PharmaFreak Test Freak? I've only heard good so I'm thinking of doing a few cycles. How long would I need to stop taking this (Labrada: HumanoGrowth) before switching to that one? Been on it a couple weeks. Its actually not too bad. I'm not sure if this is something you can stack, like Test Freak and Anabolic Freak since each product stimulates testosterone release by way of 2 distinctly different mechanisms.

I like to run. I haven't much the past couple years, but I can still go and go and go. I need to get even better though as I'm going back to the military. Is it better to do this before or after a weightlifting workout? Or no difference? I find it gives me more energy for the rest of the workout and gets the blood flowing if I do it before, but I've heard it's better to do it after.

Just a little update here re Test Freak. The same day I made that post, I switched to Test Freak. These things are awesome. Yesterday I even got the guts to chest press 100lb dumbbells. My energy is up. Sleeping better. Feeling stronger. Grown some more.

Downside is they are also one of the most expensive test booster you can get. Upside is they are one of the strongest as well.

Lovin' em.

My height is about 6 feet plus 6 inches, and my weight is about 83, 83,5 kg.

I'm doing gym for about 5 months, in the same while I began to have that annoying fat on my crunch (otherwise I'm a thinnish person). Since ab chrunces don't kill your fat, wanna ask, if gym together with running can affect your muscle growing, I mean it is recommend to do gym and jog in the same day?

I don't take any supplements (because I really don't trust them, know that everyone say that are healthy but simply don't want to use it) and my diet is normal. Most important thing is that I stopped drinkin beer and any kind of soda, cakes also.

Honestly mate, in recent years, a lot of "bullshit" products popped up.

Sticking to good old base is the best. Whey Protein with Creatine, maybe add some NO Reactor if you really want to (eg: Horse Power) and that will do for the supplement part.

You'll probably lose a lot of weight in Military so if I were you, I'd do clean bulking or only strength training for now. When you finish Military then you can focus on muscle gaining.

Those testosterone boosters are kinda waste of money, because they affect your test level so, so little.

Hmm, well you seem to be a skinny for that height. You could do lot of cardio with proper weight lifting but that might be a little harder for you as you're a beginner.

I'm saying that because, you'll want to build muscle and lose fat at the same time and you most likely cannot pay really close attention to your calories, yet.

However, if you can pay attention to it, you need to be on 0 or in a tinny caloric surplus. See how much daily calories are you burning and then adjust the right food and the right amounts of food to be right on spot.

I put on about 25lbs last time I was in the military before I was injured. If you know how to eat there (very very fast) you usually put on. Most do lose though. You're right there. This is about a year away now. Bit less possibly.

How do I get big protruding abdominals?

How do I get big protruding abdominals?
My BF% is 9% but i can't see them that great.
Any ideas please.
THANKS!:)

I'm the skinny and ripped typed teen. I'm 19 but my shoulders are big and my muscles are disformed. I have ripped muscles, shoulders and abs when I tense. I drink protein shakes 2-3 times a day. (Weight not muscle protein) I gym 5 days a week for 1 hour a day. I eat fish, chicken, oats and rice. I drink the daily limit of water around 3lts to keep my hydration up. but progress is slow. is there something I can do to boost the process of getting fatter/bigger.

More progress, I guess.

Well smith about the test boosters, I'd have to agree with you on most of them. I'm gonna have to say Test Freak is awesome though. I'm stacking it with Anabolic Freak. Gains are increased, strength, recovery, sleeping easier, ect.

This one is worth it. Expensive, but worth it.

Indeed. I don't know how old are you though, and age somewhat matters and your test levels.

But hey, if you got the cash, I'm not stopping you :)
