The only advice I can give you is to eat less food. Eat less calories than you burn, and avoid saturated fats. Exercise conditioning daily, and remember to get enough nutrition both before and after a session, so you get a good rest after the session, and that you have energy during the session. Eat some fast carbohydrates, as for example a banana right after exercise, and eat a protein rich meal when you come home again, to maintain muscle mass, or to build muscle mass. Remember that you burn a lot of muscles when you exercise conditioning, so you need to eat lots of protein. Protein also provides a feeling of fullness, so it may help the hunger you often experience during the day.
