There are currently a lot of servers in maintenance mode and unfortunately this will be for a very long time.

This makes playing the videos inserted on the websites very difficult and then you can't get any video views or revenue.
Unfortunately, I have been waiting for a response to my support tickets for weeks.These also deal with custom domains and their use.In the past, there was a quick response here and via support ticket and help was also provided, but unfortunately that is no longer the case.Even with a Premium Plus account, the "Priority Support" is not really different from that of "free user".

Yes, we are aware of this and we are working on it. Currently a few servers have performance problems due to a recent relocation. Unfortunately, the many hits on the servers then cause our load balancing system to put them into maintenance mode. We then have to manually activate them again and again. It takes a few nights until the system has distributed the files equally again (hopefully).

Thanks for the answer.
A permanent solution where you no longer have to go through these steps manually would be very beneficial. For us as well as for you. Because if the servers are in the queue and certain videos cannot be played, it is unfortunately to the detriment of the users who want to watch these videos.I have also written a support ticket and have been waiting for a response for some time.

It is about questions about custom domains.Perhaps it would be helpful to answer certain user questions here in the forum. Then many support tickets would not arise at all, because certain questions would then already be answered here by you.
 
Yes, the remote upload is currently deactivated. There were too many defective / stuck tasks, we'll have to take a look. We restarted the processes a few hours ago, but that didn't help, it may help to activate it gradually.

Latest updates:
- there has been some server restructuring in the background.
- Thumbnails are now generated directly within seconds after upload.
- spam accounts without views (under 25 accesses per day of all types) and hundreds of gb disk usage are removed after 15 days grace period.

I have a hentai website. Will my videos get DMCA much if I upload on voe.xs? Is anyone with hentai or porn website currently using voe.sx, I need your feedback.

We process all DMCA notifications within 24 hours of receipt, as required by law.

Subtitles from files should actually be processed automatically, in case of doubt you can leave the link with the support, then we will check it once.
