Hi, anyone else having issues with thumbnails? There was maintenance few days ago and after maintenance I having issues with thumbnails.
All links to thumbnails are dead, I'm getting an error, when I open links to thumbnails:

Unfortunately, I can also report that there are currently some problems.I have uploaded a few videos, but this number has been playable for a few days, but the preview images are not available in the player or in the file manager.

I have, however, seen that there is a new category "Custom Domains". I think that's good, because it also shows that the user's feedback and requests are being taken into account.

But I hope that this does not affect performance when it comes to the servers or the support responses.Is there also an FAQ for the custom domains?

France: Due to local regulations, our domain voe.sx is currently inaccessible in France. We have not been formally notified by any party or authority regarding this matter and are therefore unable to provide specific details about the circumstances leading to this outcome.

To help mitigate potential accessibility issues, we recommend the use of custom domains. Custom domains can deliver content on a per-domain basis, ensuring uninterrupted access for users even if specific domains face local restrictions. Additionally, our API provides up-to-date information on alternative domains optimized for use without local restrictions.

We are actively working to integrate custom domain options further into our platform in the coming week, including features in the file manager and after uploads.

Transfer/encoding/thumbnail/remote upload problems: Due to a misconfiguration no internal transfers were running in the last 45h. Therefore over 70k transfers and 25k encodings have accumulated and there was an error message for new files that were not uploaded in mp4 format. At first we thought it was due to a lack of storage space (we are currently still missing a delivery of new servers for over 2 weeks...), but this was due to a misconfiguration.

The encodings are currently being processed again, but it may take some time until everything has been processed. Although several hundred files are converted at the same time, please understand that this takes some time. The system should automatically create missing encoding jobs every few hours. Files that have already been uploaded should be converted automatically (as long as they have been safely stored somewhere by the system). ⏳

Fixed automatically, it was only 2 minutes when the errors were displayed.

No, this is only possible with premium plus (12$/month). Price for premium traffic is 2$/TB outgoing traffic.

- We have fixed a bug that caused too many simultaneous custom domain requests not to be processed, due to some limit.
- We have extended the encoding slots by a further 30%. Currently there are only about 7k pending, the remaining 17k have already been converted.
- We were able to activate additional storage servers, which means that more storage space is available.
