It is currently not possible to buy either Premium or additional storage space via the "Cryptomus" payment service.

Only this error message appears "500 - Internal server errorAn error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. The error was reported automatically."

Perhaps it would also be helpful to offer other payment options when it comes to paying for additional storage space, in addition to Voe credit and Cryptomus.
 
Are these guys done? Uploads have not been working for 3 days and no response from support. debating on if i should start offloading. Anyone have updates?
 
I've resend money for my premium, but forgot to add order number. Info is "Send by Revoult". Normally i send to order QHI93WSGN

Latest updates
- A problem has been fixed whereby the thumbnails were no longer generated on some servers. Missing ones are generated later.
- We have activated the remote uploads on new servers, so there should be enough slots again. There were also 1-2 adjustments.
- Fixed a problem that prevented Cryptomus payments for about 12 hours.
- Fixed a problem that caused premium traffic + custom domain to generate an incorrect redirect.
- We have removed various old servers.

Upcoming events
- The delivery of new storage servers is still pending, which will happen in a maximum of 6-8 days.
- a new load balancing cache concept has yet to be integrated.
 
Same here.

I have just uploaded many videos but when I open the video link, the page with the video player is displayed and the video duration is also displayed, but when I try to start the video, nothing happens.
I have tried different videos on different devices. The videos are not played on any devices or browsers.
 
Lately, they’ve been having problems more and more often. First, they replaced the servers several times, and after the replacement, there were increasing issues with uploading, and now even with playback. It was supposed to be better, but it’s worse. Just stating the facts.
 
Maybe problems comes from lot of users using it as free. If they change things, to allow like 2-3TB of free use/inactivity duration for 30 days, and focus on us, who are Premium, there wont be any server problems. :)
