Not sure if it's just me but recently there's been a problem with web uploads, majority of files don't even get uploaded, they just go to 100% but show no success (no "upload complete") and they are nowhere to show in file manager.

There were problems with a few servers at the time, but this should affect less than 1% of the possible upload servers. This was actually fixed a few days ago. Do you still have problems?

where does this occur? Are you uploading manually, via software, via ftp, remote upload?

The stuck USDTs have all been enabled and the system should now process them automatically.

It depends on the payment method and whether all traffic/account checks are successful. This is the case for at least 80% of payouts, only payment methods such as Bitcoin or Paypal take different amounts of time or if checks fail. There are payouts every day.

If in doubt, always create a ticket quickly after 3-4 days waiting time, then we'll see (see yes, reply when the payment has been approved/checked). We usually only check payments once a week. There are currently a few Bitcoin and Litecoin payments outstanding, which are processed today.

Yeah sadly for me web upload problems still persist, once again video files going to 100% but big part of them not showing up as "complete", causing files not to be uploaded at all, and I don't have this problem on any other hosts...

but now I got this message

"No active account could be found with the access data."

Please help me check

Why do i have only 28tb of space, when i pay for premium plus (6tb) and extra 30tb of storage?

Unfortunately, you are the only user we know who is reporting problems with it. If in doubt, test with software such as Zoom, other files etc. :(

Eventually, the plan is to replace the current Plyr.js (no longer being developed) and Vidstack (does not support all old devices) with JW Player, which supports Chromecast when enabled.

No, we haven't adapted anything, India has never had Tier4.

Yes, we have adjusted the prices for all plans (equal price) and converted the larger plans into smaller ones. There were/are unfortunately some users who use a lot of storage space (100tb) but do not provide relevant views. However, this is a mixed calculation, so that views also pay for the storage space. This is not so relevant for small accounts, but for larger ones we have to rent extra servers.

We have just answered you, it is not allowed to collect the mp4/hls video links from the source code and then play them ad-free in apps etc. It is only permitted to use the website as it is.

If in doubt, create a ticket, there was an incorrect allocation of storage space and storage prices. We have fixed this in the meantime.
