I'm trying to pay for my premium via revoult as before, but transfer is not possible, either the third option in your site is working. I was transfering money to your IBAN / SWIFT

As just described in the ticket, we no longer offer this payment method as the payment provider closed its business at the end of last year. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it.

All 40+ payouts in the last few days have been completed.

With the other methods and that premiumkey site, i need to pay more, as they don't accept Visa, and via Revolut is more expensive. I don't know, which so many methods to pay, why you cannot include normal one, but u go for crypto (as most of us don't own) and fishy sites.

1-I think there is an error in the view counter for the France zone, on my site voe increased the views especially after the closure of doodstream, but the earnings did not increase, can you check?
2-on voe I can't find the box to put a ticket, please check

Uploaded mkv video with subtitles in the video. After encoding it did fetch the subtitles, I can see them in the video info, but When I play the video the subtitles are not showing. And yes, the subtitles were enabled.

The same thing happened to me, what I did was that I had to manually upload the subtitles but using the file explorer, because if you drag the subtitles from Windows Explorer to the VOE interface the subtitles do not appear, also if the subtitles are in the MKV file it does not work eithe.

This is something that happened to me previously and the only thing that the moderator of this forum told me was that the subtitles were working fine, which was not true. This is a bug in the voe player.

But like I say do not drag the subtitles instead upload the subtitles using the file explorer that way works, sorry for my bad english, I hope this help you.
