Ok it is down for me aswell, i see your using the default nameservers aswell.
See, whenever i use a host i always use custom ones so if the main site is down, my sites is always up unless the hosting server dies.

omg my site is 3months old and starting to get a lot of traffic, and now the site is down, as well as my visitors
my site is 3months old and starting to get a lot of traffic, and now the site is down, as well as my visitors Skipping the fact that my site is unavailable for a few days, and yet I don't care, because I don't bind my future with such amateurs, who find it difficult to send an email to inform customers about the problem, with possibly accompanied with an apology.
I just want to take my stuff and details of my clients from their servers, and forget that I ever had to deal with such ignoramuses.
Unfortunately they didn't respond to my tickets and requests.
Now my question is whether there is an institution where I can report such problems with hosting?

You right i have German since 6 months
And Canadian for 1 Moth on Ca no one DOwntime
on German i have since 6 Months 1 Database Lost nad now this Downtime...........but i become 1 year free Hosting from him.......
But now i will not have free 1 year hosting or anything like that i will switch to CA Server from the German one with my Domain and Database!
No other Option that i SEE!!!
If he would write to the tickets whats is going on i would be happy.........
i lost everyday 50-80 $ for this Downtime!!!

I got two sites with Luan, one is on the CA server, no problem so far. The other one is on Germany server. For last 5 days, i got 4 days downtime.
Luan is a good guy, but server stable is more important to us, otherwise i guess ppls got no choice but to go with other hosting.
