The problem is completely fixed now. Byt anyway ddos it's not easy to deal with it.

Cashio, if you are not satisfied make the request for refund and cancellation, because in this days I didn't see any request for cancellation.

Server is down again and I should be satisfied?

Don't worry, I'll definitely make such a request as soon as I find more stable hosting.
 
Amm... it's statistics for June, and we have only the 2nd day of the month. Scroll down and check the table.

My DNS settings are fine mate. I will not change them, just because the sites hosted with thehosting.me are unavailable for me, but thanks for the tip.

Guys, i am a good friend of Luan, and i am saying he now is working to fix the issue about DDOS.

Please be calm as he is working Non Stop :)
 
Wow this is def terrible service, regardless of if he is working on it or not,he isnt offering anything to the clients that are being effected by this extensive downtime (daily). I was going to cancel my subscription just now. I would recomend to others to do the same,as this is kinda riduculous this many sites being effected and not offering anything in return to the clients. Good luck to those being effected by this crappy service

FOR GOD SAKE, EVERY HOSTING IS OFFERING 99% UPTIME, i dont know if there is any host offering 100% Even Bluehost or HostGator are fucking going down, dont you know this just search in google ..

I am Now angry becouse i am in the same business as Luan, and dealing with clients is my job but dam, we are working to give to clients an good service as they paid for it..

Even Google Cant Handle DDOS, that worth 200Billion Dollars..

Anyway i talked to much.
 
thats not 100% right becouse my other service(Homepage)isnt working................

I have 2 Hosting packages there but i have only acces to 1 Website ;)

Well thanks for solidifying my decision to move away from this hosting solution,if this is the way you all treat clients,that work hard on their sites hosted by you,Def not a proffesional responce. As soon as i get back i will be requesting a refund (have only used this service a week,and repeated downtimes). Take care,and i do sincerely hope you get the issues sorted that you are having.

First of all, Luan, is a Friend that helped me a loot, and he is really hardworking, so i think no one should worry, every company has problems, i dont think in this WORLD EXIST SOME 100% UPTIME Company..

And as for MY hosting :) dont worry my responses, you just Deserved my reply :)
 
Well im not asking for 100% uptime,but i bought from you around a week ago,and have had downtime almost every day,for an extended period of time. So i agree no host can offer 100% uptime,but so far from my experience i havent seen 80% uptime even really.

edit: Just went to login to my client area to cancel my subscription and request to be refunded ,and cant even do that,i get this message

I know where you are = I understand your situation. :D

BTW: My sites are up again, but I think you have something messed up with the DNS settings, because I can't view any site hosted on your servers without using the proxy.
