Yep, today maybe we had 2-3 hours of slow loading, we fixed and upgraded also our shared hosting servers (Germany) to 1 Gbps connection :)

ya same here,only like a week online and this is the second time experiencing downtime,i think i will be asking for a refund, mine is a legal site as well

Well it seems even their site is down,guess i should have known better then to trust a host from WJ lol.. ah well if it ever comes back online i will be requesting a refund and cancelling my subscription to their crap service.. pretty bad when ya cant even put in a support ticket
 
In this we we had about 1.5 Gbps DDoS attacks (including our main web), it's very difficulty to deal with that kind of massive attack. We are stabilizing our network, and trying to find a good solution for ddos attakcs.

And we have 30 days money back, so just send a ticket.

This Service is good and I'm satisfied customer of TheHosting.me. There were no downtime from last 3 months and if this week has some small time issues then people should give him little relax against last 3 months performance.

its your connection problem mate... try to change your DNS settings.
 
Amm... it's statistics for June, and we have only the 2nd day of the month. Scroll down and check the table.

My DNS settings are fine mate. I will not change them, just because the sites hosted with thehosting.me are unavailable for me, but thanks for the tip.

Good hosting with fast load but the problem there are some downtime these days hope you will fix it , beceause it's not good for the SEO of the site
