Hey:

I have a problem in login to payza, and system always show me:

The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again.

So, i tried to rest my password, after that i received a rest link in my in-box, when i follow the link, it ask me to inter my new password and password confirmation.

Again, i tried to login again using my new password and my email, but the same message came out:

The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again.

What is the solution?

I open a new ticket, but still no replay.

Well I had request $ via bank transfer on 9th September ( exchange rate was 1USD = 54 INR something and now it is 52 INR something ). If I cancel bank transfer and do bank wire, it will a loss more than 40 USD :(

Hi, i requested 420$ to withdraw from my account, why is my account suspended. This is what says to me when i try to log in to my account.
"Access to your account is currently restricted. Please contact Customer Support for assistance." Why you are stealing my money Payza? Please reply as soon as possible.

I opened support ticket, and there is still no answer. And i didn't recieved any mail that my account is blocked, i don't know what's happening.

A blocked account is definitely not lost money, it just means our security team has questions, they will reply shortly. The quickest resolution is to call in of course though.

The same is happening with me.
I didn't receive any email and my account is blocked.
I had $450 on it, it's hard earned money and I won't let it go like this.
I've opened a support ticket but no reply yet.

I cannot get into details over Wjunction, but if u filed a dispute u will be able to view the status by logging in, clicking on the main menu button and selecting the resolution center. If u want live details, please call our customer support!

Hi Sammy,

That's because we only accept Visa's for the time being, only advice it to use a Visa card if u have one, if not look at the local payment option for your country on our website and choose another method!
