Sp32..Don't you offer any domain purchasing?..and i also want to ask,,if i choose starter plan cant i add addon domains?..that mean that i cant change the domain that i registerd with..is that right?
 
Dear Sp32 i just try to loading my cpanel but something not working, can you please help me sorry writing here, but i don't found the submit ticket, please can you help me ?
 
Could always say what your doing/planning to do via Twitter or maybe use .INFO domain so people know what to expect from time to time..

ps, and yes i have an account with you btw. ;)
 
Hi, I really never thought my company would grow so fast in such a short time. This has all been a bit overwhelming. I will be setting up twitter and I should hopefully be intergrating it into HiloHost.com's homepage.

I have currently bought a new WHM license and will be setting up the second server, I am currently installing the new server right now.
 
When will the site be again online? I hope fast because it was already 3 times now offline, nothing against you but it has the be online my friend.

I understand inject0r. cPanel is currently checking all the Quotas and this can take some time. I have just been making sure that the server is up to date with software such as mysql, apache, php, cPanel, WHM and a bunch of packages that it detects and checks automatically.
 
Ok. Thanks I just hope you'll be like that also in future...As far as I know and I've seen, much money makes people here stupid etc. :).

Yeah, one of the main reasons I wanted to become a server administrator is so that people here could have someone to trust and rely on but I am still finding out new things that are required to be done such as optimisation.

Added after 37 minutes:

The server is now back online, sorry for the inconvenience caused guys. Now it's time for me to depart for the night. I shall have the new server set up by friday night if all goes well. I shall start moving accounts across, I'll keep the less busy sites on the current server and the more busy sites on the new server to help average the load. Thanks for being patient!

I've disabled the server from accepting new clients as the server can't handle it, please bear with me.

I have set up the new server. I shall start transferring accounts over to it asap. The name servers for this server will be ns3.hilohost.com and ns4.hilohost.com

The problem I am facing is the fact that too many clients joined HiloHost and the server I bought can't handle it, I never expected so many clients in such a short time which I am 100% to blame for and I do apologise for it.

If you want to be on the new more powerful server please change your name servers to:

ns3.hilohost.com and ns4.hilohost.com

All your accounts files and databases should be there, all original user names and passwords should work on the new server as well.
