Nice, I was wondering how can my DL be so low. These delays are nothing if I compare them to the daily terror served by HF rank when i was still using them :)
 
@ all who had earning problems...Please see your total earnings for the 25th...It should have risen tremendously and stats should be updating more frequently now.
 
Mine earning raised by about $7.

The question is..DID it finish updating for the missed days yet? Or is it still working on updating for the missed days.

I just uploaded two files via FTP today but they're not showing in my account. Instead it shows two incomplete copies of files I uploaded June 24.
Please have the techs look into this issue when they have some time. Thanks.

BTW, did the techs work out the issues with the web upload?
I think I might switch back over to web upload if it's working better.

Hmm..So 2 you just saw 2 old files re-appear? Have you tried to re-upload via the FTP again? I'm pretty sure we got that stuff down when we updated.

Web Upload should have been fixed on the same day as RU. Give it a go and let me know how it goes!
 
I have uploaded through ftp too just now and my files have moved to my account..

EDIT..I just uploaded through Remote Upload..2 files of 170 mb in just 1 minute??WOOT
 
Yes the speed is "uber"-fast right now for moving files from RU => File manager (same with FTP) - Time to move all your files guys

And..We have a "new" updated file manager coming out soon n4pst3r. I don't think we have corrected the FF bug just yet. So if you do see "missing" files...Use IE

I'm sure you've realized that with the recent changes and announcements at Rapidshare, you'll have a fair few uploaders and people flocking towards your service. Have you got any redundant setups just in case that happens real quick? :)
 
:o..Its working fine for me..I am using Firefox..:o earlier I was not even able to see any file inside the file manager but its working fine now....

EDIT:nvm again the same issue..safari FTW:D
 
@ lifetalk: In order to deal with a "flash flood" of users coming to us we have 30 storage servers on stand by to be put in early next week. This should give us some breathing space in case that does happen. Our provider knows that there may be an insane surge of more uploaders... When RS first announced their new plan, we saw a massive increase in users - This slowed us down, but we are back up again after we had to tweak code + add servers. I got high anticipation after the 6th of July :)

I'd personally recommend that people in here start recruiting all the RS uploaders and make them your "referrals" - This means your hard work of talking them into trying us would not be dismissed ;)

@ n4pst3r: hehe - Yes, any other browser does show it. Wait for our new file manager and an updated version of our Remote Upload manager too. All coming out within next 2 weeks!
 
@ andrewmacatulad: Depending on where they are downloading from they will always get a slower speed than the rest.

@ Amz: Well the File Manager will look the same, just a few more improvements, e.g. renaming won't take you back to root, multiple renames of files etc. Some people are experiencing trouble seeing their files with FF
 
Is there a way to disable 'deleted files by oneself' by email notification? I just deleted them and it was already confirmed by the file manager.

Another (perhaps terrible) idea:

Previously I saw an option on Remote Upload to divide a file into smaller files of 100 or 200 mb.
As Fileserve allows 1Gb files, wouldn't it be nice if you're downloaded files (by RU) are automatically combined to larger files so downloaders would be more enticed to download 'less link' uploads?
