Don't be greedy and yelling all the time more money more money..Have patience and he will work it out..I don't think so Rapidshare Or Megaupload Or Hotfile owners are in this forum to hear your questions and suggestions and answer every same question about the money that you ask..come on guys chill a little..thats why we here
 
@ NickG & ZeroAT: Yes, we do still count. The stats visually stopped counting, but they should be back now if not later. The techs are working their asses off to fix this issue.

@ R®USSHIM_I™Â¯: Don't think you'll be paid when files go above the sizes of 2gb. Also when we do have time, any files above such size will be removed.

-Files are permitted to be up to 2 gb big for Premium members. Not 1 gb.

@ Gonzo1136: I don't know what Uploading.com did, frankly, I wouldn't care, but I'm curious: What did they do?

Also we run our own style. We have our own CS team, our own biz dev. team, our own tech team and deep pockets. Basically, it summarizes what other companies in the same industry do not have.

May be adding moneybookers for them is like buying another house even though they already have several houses in same design. If it were easy, they probably won't hold back this long.

Be patient ... you might ruin this high potential filehosting xD
 
-saMmy-: As said before, we will add it as a Payment Gateway for our users. Whether it will be available for users to get their payouts is undetermined yet. This thread will be the first to know.

We haven't had the time to integrate their API simply because the techs have been dealing with delayed stats, remote upload issue, web upload issues, down ftp servers etc....It is a bumpy road, so bare with us :)

I think the FTP might be uploading double copies of the same file. It just happened to me with a 205MB file. When I deleted it the space was never recovered.:(

@ sheeper: Checked up on this with you and you were approved for payment :) - You should see a change in the status.
 
yes status changed to approve, but payment?:) I was thinking payment system is automatic after clicked payout button but how could i be overlooked

I mean we can upload max file per size is 1gb
With RL we can upload file more then 1gb, but per file size still 1gb lolz

Is there also a delay right now with the download counts on the file manager page? Or are you guys working on something that would impact the downloads.
 
I now have a Hotfile premium account and i still can't remote uploads from them.

I added yesterday 43 links to remote using the right username and password.
Today 12 of them are still processing, and 31 failed.

"Unexcepted download error" or "File path not found".
And I know those links are working.
 
i hope fileserve make security system like pincode or something for premium acc!i have been hacked like 3 times.All people can easily chg the pass and email,no security or pincode requirement to chg pass and email.
 
Uploaded a file by FTP but it doesn't show in the pending list.

Then tried to upload though the web ... 175 MB ... remaining time: 1 hour 50 minutes.

I hope FS soon have their things right. They have so many good things, but it seems they can't get the technical things under control.
