Ricky, I hope you guys get those servers soon because a lot of the servers seem overloaded. I decided to test some more of my files with low download counts and it's taking about 1 minute to download 1MB.:'( So I guess the downloaders are just canceling them.

Everything important is running fine for me right now.:) The only thing I've noticed is some of my download numbers on the file manager page stuck on 1. While the others are updating.

Ricky, Are the stats being displayed right now correct? I see it's updating but only showing like one or two downloads every hour. Which is unusually low for me. I'm used to seeing it completely stopped but the way it's updating now seems incorrect. Let me know. Thanks.

Ricky, I know the statistics page hasn't been updating but what about the numbers on the file manager page? I know they don't really matter I just would like to know if you guys are aware they're frozen. I just noticed one my files download numbers updating but the others still haven't changed...

Gerner2010:I have that same issue with old files showing when I log into the FTP. It happens pretty often but I didn't remember to ask about this issue. I guess Ricky will have the answer.

Ricky, Are you aware of any issues with the FTP servers today? I uploaded 14 files and only the last three made it to my account. 4 hours has elapsed and the other 11 files still aren't showing in my account. Let me know. Thanks.

Well, I just like bonuses in general. Bonus or not, I definitely will show my appreciation to a company who actually listens to their customers concerns. It's just something you don't get very often. @LEVAC109 I agree.

Ricky, I know you guys are you doing your best to get the issues worked out ASAP. A LITTLE patience is all you're expecting from the users. I really appreciate the updates and great customer service you provide. :) P.S. I'm really looking forward to those bonus earnings.:D

Ricky, When you get a chance don't forget to tell the techs to run a check on our accounts for any double files or wrong storage counts. I'm trying to help you guys out by pointing out any bugs that need to addressed. So FileServe can become the top file hosting site.:D
