Hello, I have no idea if this is the right place or if anyone can help me regarding this.
I purchased Fileserve Premium for 30 days in May not knowing I was also signed up for auto-renewal. I was recently charged a couple days ago for the next month. I've looked all over the place from my account/profile/settings and I can not find anything about stopping it. I've sent them several emails. In fact, i've sent them several emails about two different subjects and they have not emailed me back once. All I want to do is stop the auto-renewal. I found this site from google and someone mentioned to check this place out for answers. I paid FS directly, no paypal.

Can anyone out there help me?

Still no reply from Fileserve.
If I cancel my credit card, i'm concerned that FS will not terminate my account and keep billing me.

This is fucking nuts.

They are using egatepay.com as their reseller of Credit Card but egatepay.com is a new site and has no contact info,

Either Ask ur Bank to cancel subscription or issue chargeback or cancel card

You have to go to paypal and turn it off. Log in and GO HERE Profile->More Options->My Money ->Update "My preapproved payments" Click on Fileserve and cancel it

You can cancel every subscription with in 3 days. If you do this (cancel subscription) one or two times, They will remove your name from the automatic renewal because their bank hate to refund too.

Your bank can do it, even if they say no. It is international agreement.

OK, easy way, You cancel CC. and get a new one. FS will not terminate your account, you will be down grade to be Free user. FS also cannot billing you anymore because your CC number will change and the CVV also change too.

So cancel is so easy, refund is so hard :))

I've dealt with rapidshare, hotfile and couple other uploading sites. Never had a problem.
I decided to check out FS (not ever hearing anything negative about the site). I would use FS from time to time as a non-registered/non premium service. I decided to just check it out for prem account because of not having any issues.

Yeah, after the fucking fact that I've noticed how criminal they are, YES, NOW after I've tried to cancel service, NOW I see all problems people are having trying to jump through fucking hoops with this "company", yeah right.

You expect a company to be exactly that. Professional and customer service friendly.
This is definitely not that.

Try reading all those threads and you'll see that these guys were either abusing FS's tos or were cheaters.

I've been using their account for over an year now and everything has been great.

@topic

I still dont know why your bank is unable to cancel the subscription, mine canceled it in 2 minutes.
