Fileserve Auto-Renewal: How do I stop it?

Finally i got a reply, but ofc not from fileserve!!

It was from Egatepay and they say this!

I have some "good" ideas, I am using bank of america which can contral "Purchase limit", can we set a low limit to prevent FS take our money?
Or can we transfers our account from"ebank" to "Regular Savings"?

Okey now listen this...

I paid with my CC for monthly fileserve like threadmaker but in 2 weeks my account get disabled and now i cant log in to this account but my subscription is still active and they taking my money from my bank account and I cant even use it or change this auto renewal! ROFL.
I mailed them and i hope that they will cancel it and give back my money.
 
Buy From Resellers

Hello,

Do note that after this time buy only from resellers.They will give you for a lesser price as compared to fileserve and also you will not be automatically billed.

I had purchased from Resell Premium and these Guys are awesome.
It may take 1 -2 hours for your voucher delivery but you dont have the headache of Autobilling.
Surely would like to recommend them to you.

I wrote to eGatepay,answered in a day,2 days ago,but since there nothing happened,and my FS account still premium,what can i do now?Please help me guys.Thanks
 
if egatepay emailed you saying that they cancelled the subscription then it will be cancelled and you will still have premiem access to fileserve until your current month runs out
