Same situation again. Waiting for encoding. #515.

Another crash or system overload. We old users who have been there since the beginning get the answer "Be patient".

A new user registers and immediately uploads 5000 files, while the old one "If you want speed, you pay!".

I'm sorry that we dissapoint you however it's not like that. Our encoding system has queues per server. Which means the position at specific file is position at specific server. We do also have fair encoding slots however if there is 50 users assigned to same server and couple thousand files it takes time.

When i try to upload own watermark to filemoon i tried many ways (png normal, png transparent, svg, jpg, jpg with white background, with black) but if i upload it to filemoon as watermark filemoon gives that transparent-part black background even if i downloaded the basic filemoon logo in player and upload it it gives it black background.

Hello,

Yes we're fully aware of it. It happens because we're converting images into .jpg instead of using .png which allows transparent background. It will be changed today as soon as our team finishes dealing with other issue that were affecting all videos during streaming.
