This is effect of updating "default embed domain" in filemoon panel then going back to byse. Which is funny as we did reset these settings like 3 times already. However in order to fix it we've junked this part of the filemoon panel and have reset the setting again so kindly relogin to obtain...

Huh? What encoding has to do with smooth playing? Encoding has effect only on what you see in the screen (pixelation). Your streaming server is responsible for smooth playback.
You've understood the update incorrectly, the update shows file imiedietly once they are reaching transfer queue (display starts from there) however our ftp server is designed to do not sync files if queues are overloaded so it delays the transfers.
