I told you in the PM that you can get Plesk for free (1 domain license).
Or use a cPanel trial which is perfectly legal too, however it only lasts for 15 days. I suggest Plesk if you only need it for managing 1 domain.

Bandwidth is unmetered. Your connection will not be limited when you exceed 3TB nor will it be limited when you exceed 5TB.

Nope it's not OVH Germany.
OVH Germany offers the server with a 10 TB Bandwidth cap and after that 10 Mbps connecton. All servers I offer come with unmetered bandwidth and are not limited once you reach a certain amount of traffic.

Currently 1Gbps servers are out of stock.
But the future I will of course add more servers.
How fast that'll be is unsure but I'm working on it.
