You should not keep running here and there for small issues ! You should not change host too frequently and keep faith in your current host. We have a fairly good support but YES, its not an enterprise level support and we can't provide an Enterprise level 24x7 support for such minimal hosting...

on one of our rack, one pdu providing power to 20 E3 servers got faulty. we have replaced it and all is working fine now :)

We will ask the client to use cloudflare and switch him to a dedicated IP to hide his IP. If the incoming DDoS are serious and repeated again and again, we may have to ask client to switch to a DDoS protected provider and provide him backup+partial refund and assist him in migration process...
