Since last year, at the beginning, the download counts were fine, they were growing, I had even given them priority, but then they declined and suddenly I simply stopped counting them. I have moved everything to premium. nothing compared to other mirrors that count up to 400 daily downloads. And according to support they have given a solution and have closed the issue.

And? What is your concern? If you've the opinion that something is displayed incorrectly, it makes more sense to open a ticket. As I have already written to you (but you have completely ignored it so far), opening a ticket works without any problems.

I already opened a ticket and they considered it resolved without having solved it. I don't see the point in your aggressiveness since even I have said that I won't get angry, I just left it there, the only thing I did was answer the questions that other users have asked me.
 
Then you must have misunderstood me. I didn't mean my statement in an aggressive way. I just couldn't understand the meaning of the posts. It was probably because nufube was asking unimportant private things in public again.

yes that is a big problem, that support simply closes the ticket without doing anything.
I've already given up writing to support.

they just close it anyway without taking any further action
 
We're excited to announce an upcoming update to DDownload.com before our next version launch.

In December 2023, we significantly expanded our server capacity due to the stabilization of our payment methods, allowing for further growth. Additionally, we're planning to introduce another payment option soon.

Our team has been diligently working on improvements, with the final touches set to be completed tomorrow.

Following our expansion and the resolution of the file upload issue in December, we're now able to extend the duration of file storage. Previously, files were stored for 60-90 days of inactivity; we've increased this to 120-130 days.
