There's no reason to freak out over a ticket that hasn't been answered yet. Everything is running smoothly - good revenue, good upload and download speeds, and most people have received their money on time. I'm very sure that your ticket will be answered. Just stay calm.

I said it's faster as you have read :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Above all, it's more private. Not everyone needs to know if you get rejected because your income is too low to justify the additional storage space. Just in case.

Why don't you ask that via PM or ticket? That would make much more sense, because it's also faster.
