I was VIP and why I´m not anymore, just you can say, but I´m still Premium user. I have not enough downloads or sales anymore, because you delete about 100 GB of files every day because of inactivity. Why you don´t keep them online. You earn and me too.

Infrastructure? I never used a hoster who deletes files faster than I can upload. And you are deleting files as inactive with less than 30 days. And this month started shaving sales. I had sales every day, and now 1 sale and 3 days no sales...

5 minutes ago I set again payment options BTC and again, no confirmation email has been sent. I also sent 2 messages in contact form and no answer. Whats happening?

I don´t know whats happening, but Katfile doesn´t answer e-mails. Yesterday I set my payment info (BTC) but no e-mail sent to confirm. Today I tried again and no e-mail. 1723300513 "Contact us" option seems not working, because they don´t answer...

The last weeks were fine, but this week it looks like that the stats are frozen. 1 single sale in 3 days...:cry:

Waiting since 30.04.2024 and now Support doesn´t answer anymore. No payment and no answer from support anymore. And now new payout request from 31.05.2024.

I opened a ticket on 10.05.2024. Since then I got several answers from support that they will make the payment (5 times) and the last promiss was on 31.05.2024 but until now, nothing. It never happened before. All payout requests have been paid in the last 4 years but now, this. I know that...

Worst month since I started using DD.

I always had good sales but March is really bad. This month until now, about 8000 downloads and 6 sales...

Unfortunally it happens here too. Hard work and really low sales. February was always a good month but now, 2024 it isn´t.
