I also saw that they added an extra €5 fee to the payment request...

The deletion is triggered from time to time due to file inactivity. This typically happens between 200 to 250 days, depending on file performance.
Unfortunately, it is currently not profitable for us to keep files for over 200 days without any sales or downloads.
I understand that archives are very important to everyone. This will be addressed very soon with our upcoming S3 object storage solution. I kindly ask for your patience and understanding in the meantime.

And that's without even considering PayPal.

Withdrawal fees vary depending on the method. The 5 EUR fee applies only to PayPal, as far as I know. SEPA/bank transfers have the highest fee, around 10 EUR. Crypto currently has the lowest fees.

However, there is currently a bug with USDT TRC20/ERC20, some users are receiving less USD than expected from our automated system. We will fix this within the next 24 hours.

As always, I recommend using cryptocurrency as your payout method. There will never be any issues with it. If anything is unclear, we are available daily via the contact form.

There are different tiers for this. The more sales and downloads you generate, the better the file inactivity performance will be.

The only thing to keep in mind is that when it comes to maintaining website files, having the files available is what generates more sales than having traffic to the files.

I mean, it's probably more important to maintain large amounts of TB than to ensure high file speeds. For example, if you have one file with 1 million downloads per day, you need one or more machines, but it's a different story if you have 10 TB with 500 downloads; a single machine can handle that.

I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself well.

But I also don't know how they manage this internally—if they have their own servers or if they rent and charge per space.

And what do they mean by S3 storage?
