1- support page is not working on my side
2- wrong payment send, 47E euro - 2 = 45 euro but i got only 35 usdt
3- please remove i year promotion we got only 15 euro for 1 year subscription.

We have removed support.ddownload.com because customers were sending emails and opening tickets at the same time. This required us to process everything twice, which was inefficient and unnecessary.

We would like to kindly request a review and update of DDownload’s current monetization and affiliate policy.

First, regarding pricing:
The current 1-year promotion is priced at only 29.99 EUR for a 1-year subscription. We believe this price is too low and does not provide sufficient commission for uploaders and affiliates. We respectfully ask DDownload to consider removing this promotion or increasing the Premium price so uploaders can earn higher commissions. Better earnings will strongly motivate uploaders to upload more content and promote DDownload more actively.

Second, regarding webmasters and website monetization:
We would like to ask if DDownload can update its affiliate system to better support webmasters. Specifically, could DDownload allow webmasters to manually add and manage their own websites inside the affiliate dashboard for monetization purposes?

We believe that many webmasters want to grow their income by monetizing their own websites with DDownload. Providing tools for website-based monetization would attract more webmasters, increase traffic, and help DDownload grow faster and stronger.

We sincerely believe that improving affiliate earnings for both uploaders and webmasters will create long-term growth for DDownload.

With competitive pricing, we have consistently achieved strong and stable results. In fact, experience has shown that lower, competitive prices often generate better overall sales volume compared to higher prices, even if it may seem otherwise at first glance.

This was clearly visible during the winter promotion period, where the lower pricing resulted in significantly better sales performance. Additionally, we continue to credit sales to our affiliates even when customers receive promotional emails from us. This ensures that loyal customers remain assigned to the respective affiliate, protecting long-term recurring earnings.

Regarding webmaster earnings, please note that these can be individually adjusted depending on traffic quality and volume. We are open to reviewing such cases on an individual basis.

In the upcoming new DDownload version, we are also implementing a separate and improved dashboard specifically for webmasters. This will allow them to manage and adjust their settings independently. However, for the current DDownload version, we do not plan to release additional features in this regard.

I understand your point about preferring more sales at a lower price. That makes sense from a buyer’s perspective.

However, maybe there is a better solution that works for everyone.

Instead of fixing one single price for all, DDownload could allow uploaders to customize the Premium pricing inside their account dashboard — for example:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 1 year
Each uploader could choose their own pricing strategy.

Some may prefer lower prices for higher volume.
Others may prefer higher prices for better commission per sale.

This flexibility would benefit both uploaders and DDDownload. It would create healthy competition, more motivation to promote, and potentially increase total revenue overall.

Giving uploaders more control could be a win-win solution for everyone.

We understand the concept of allowing flexible pricing per uploader, and in theory, it can sound like a beneficial solution. However, from a platform perspective, completely free pricing would create serious structural risks.

For example, if there were no minimum price limitation, some users might set the yearly Premium price extremely low (e.g. 5 EUR). This would quickly distort the entire pricing ecosystem. Even more critically, customers would start trying to exploit gaps, for example by using specific links or workarounds to obtain a heavily discounted yearly account and then use that account to download across the entire platform under any affiliate. This would create unfair advantages, commission conflicts, and long-term revenue instability.

A minimum price floor (for example not allowing prices below 29.99 EUR for a yearly plan) could theoretically act as a safeguard. We have taken this idea into consideration and noted it internally for evaluation.

That said, in DDownload V2 we have already implemented an additional monetization feature: affiliates can set individual prices for specific files. In this model, users pay a price per file to download that content. While this feature may not be heavily used by everyone, it provides an additional flexible monetization option for those who want more control over individual content pricing.
