Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

Hello,

Just a quick update as of yesterday, our counting has been switched to performance-based counting. We are already seeing a positive impact, with user income higher compared to previous days and weeks.

Please note that this change is not yet permanent and is currently in a testing phase. We will keep you informed if anything changes.

Setting them to expire after 30 days is quite extreme, especially considering the lack of content. Sometimes people upload things to ensure they're published, but this also generates re-uploads, increasing the encoding queue. Even inactive videos, which are already encoded, are saved if someone else uploads the same video by chance.

A manual system would be better, allowing users to specify up to 1000 account links in batches and automatically delete the ones that need removing.

Over the years, inactive files have been created that are no longer used, but managing them through the system is excessively tedious.

wow 30 days no view will be deleted ? this is good news ... lollllll

That's a serious OUCH !

i truly love when people keep repeating things they've not even read : D

Premium account is still possible with USDT, I tried and only bitcoin appears.

USDT Payments for service are disabled as we migrate our billing system.

The profit was noticed yesterday. It's nice to see that everything is working well.

Thumbs up!

  • We have enabled file expiry by default; files will now be stored for 30 days. Every user has the ability to automatically upgrade their account to a longer file expiry period or no expiry at all if their traffic is high. Our system periodically checks whether the user is maintaining the required traffic and will automatically downgrade the file expiry time if a significant traffic decrease is detected. (This feature is under testing and will not be live until the end of March.)

This is what I'm referring to.

It says it can be configured, but it doesn't specify the timeframes.Nor what is considered high traffic or what times depend on the traffic.

It seems you acknowledge certain points, yet your reply still refers to baseline measures that are intended solely to remove abusers from the platform. As I mentioned earlier, this feature will not be available until the end of March, and the trigger thresholds for 60, 90, 180 days, or one year of file expiry have not yet been defined. Rather than defaulting to standard assumptions, I would have appreciated a question about what those thresholds should be. That would help avoid repeating the same generic narrative we keep seeing from users who do not take a minute to read the update log.

hi
is the feature of Folder & Sub Folder sharing still available ?

Not yet, this feature is postponed to 1.3.2 update of byse platform. Please expect this feature to be released untill max end of current week.

This is another update related to recent changes in how our system counts activity. We are seeing user income increase day by day. For some members, earnings are up by 20–40%, which we’re very happy to see. At the same time, we are not receiving any complaints from our advertisers, so everything looks solid on that side as well.

We are currently implementing additional reporting features for transparency. These will provide clear data on impressions, conversions, and CPM, so you can better understand how your earnings are generated.

Looking ahead to 2026, Byse is aiming to outperform all competing platforms across every key area from video quality and streaming performance to user earnings. We strongly encourage everyone to compare their results on Byse with other video hosting platforms.

We would also appreciate your feedback on these comparisons, as it helps us understand what we need to improve to ensure every user earns significantly more with Byse than with their other video host. These comparsion would be great to be received via PM.

I am a Premium user and I'm experiencing an issue where several of my uploads are stuck in the transfer queue. I’ve tried deleting and re-uploading them; while it worked for some, others remain stuck in a long queue.

It took about an hour to process.

We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage on our backbone network. Our fiber provider is already working to resolve the cut.

Please be informed that the providers fibre team has successfully located the source of the fault. A fibre cut was identified in a field and was caused by third-party excavation activity. The excavation depth is approximately one metre, and significant water ingress at the site is currently impacting repair activities.

According to the latest on-site assessment, the immediate priority is to pump out the accumulated water to enable safe and effective working conditions. Once this has been completed, two new access pits will be constructed to facilitate the installation of a replacement fibre section. The damaged section will then be removed, and the new cable will be installed and spliced accordingly.

We are closely monitoring the progress of the repair works and remain in continuous communication with the providers field team. Further updates will be shared as soon as the site conditions improve and the next phases of repair can safely commence.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding while restoration efforts are underway.
