Dear, as I said, the videos weren't working, so my colleague wrote to the main admin on Telegram, and he fixed it right away. I wrote in the post below that the videos were working.

I never write unless I check it 5 times to make sure something is wrong.

Hello, can you add the two features that Filemoon had and that made it one of the best file hosting services available today?

The first is the number of files. By default, it has 50, 100, 200, 1000, etc. Can you add 20?

And when you select the links and click export to get the embed links, it doesn't sort them alphabetically like Filemoon did. Can you add that feature too?

Thank you very much.

I have a question for users. Are you also noticing lower earnings compared to previous days/weeks?

Yesterday was Saturday and I earned less than on weekdays, which when I take the table and look at it, I've never had that happen. Today, I earn even less and it's Sunday. Sunday is always the strongest day.

Has anyone else noticed or is it just me?

Thanks in advance for your honest answers!

I’m experiencing the same issue. I usually average around $10 per day, and as everyone says, weekends are typically the strongest days, with an average of $15. However, today I’ve only generated $3, and yesterday was the same. I checked the rates by country, and compared to Filemoon, nothing has changed, so in theory the earnings should be similar.

You might say that Filemoon links no longer generate revenue, but I’ve already changed all my Filemoon links to bysepoint.com.

You might also say that I still have links sending traffic to Filemoon. In that case, it’s not my responsibility if third-party websites are using old links and placing them on their own pages, which continues to generate traffic. On my website, all links already point to Byse.

Because of this situation, just like other users, my pending payout has still not been processed. I was told to change all my links, which I did, but as mentioned above, there are some links on third-party websites that I have no control over.

There is also the issue of conversions. I have links that are taking up to one full day to convert. This could be related to the migration process, and it may stabilize over the next few hours or days. Hopefully, the admin will clarify this.

I really hope this is just a temporary issue and does not turn into a situation similar to other platforms that did something alike and ended up being scams, such as Netu.

byse did say a few pages back that rates will be different for each account

I wanted to ask if you could disable the automatic file deletion feature introduced in update 1.3.1. Previously, files were stored permanently regardless of view frequency, even for free accounts. This was one of the main advantages of your service. The new 30-day expiry for non-premium users significantly changes this core feature that many of us relied on. Could you consider reverting to permanent storage for all users?

it was the best feature and kept me with them since the start. But times change and you have to change with it.

90-day is fair enough i think. File expiry time also have good benefit to prevent users only-keep the file.

Seems like i can't take a day off cuz everything is on fire..

Server Down? anyone having issue..

yes, for video files: Unable to load video information

for login : Unable to obtain device challenge

i cant login "Unable to obtain device challenge"

I assume you guys reporting the "downtime" from the morning where there was 10 minute maintenance. So please let me know if you still encounter such issue.

I would suggest going back to the update message i posted, re-read it slowly and carefully then letting me know what do you mean exactly and by which part you're concerned as of now clearly yall didn't read it.

From 1.3.2 update, which is not announced yet. I also see huge drop in earnings from the last two days.

I don't see really any big drop in comparsion to previous days or previous week, what i see is spike of adblock views made yesterday acorss entire platform and that's strictly caused by a fact we updates domains so our detection scripts detect more of adblockers untill our domains will be in their filters again.

Upload is currently not possible.

Upload configuration is missing an upload URL

This occurs only when encoding servers are overloaded and will return to the normal state as soon as encoding servers have space to handle more files.

Thank you very much.

Simply switch sorting in videos manager to A-Z and export will do the same.

Yup
And they're giving us a warning before a file is deleted. So, you can download it and make different arrangements.

It can take time to build interest in a particular video. And, all videos add to the greater impact of a site. So, you'll just have to keep your eyes open for when one of your videos is marked for deletion.

I noticed the same thing as well — there are now more adblock views being generated. If this is temporary, then we just have to wait.

However, my concern is about the payouts. In my case, on my website we have already changed all the links to Byse and we are no longer using Filemoon at all. If other websites copied my links and placed them on their own pages, that is completely out of my control.

Despite this, my payout has been pending since January 12, when I was told that I needed to switch from Filemoon to Byse, which I already did.
