1. GET /api/v1/files/{id}/share returns an embedCode pointing to https://flyfile.app/e/{fileId} — but /e/ no longer renders the player, current React route is /embed/:id. Old URLs in the response are dead.
2. Files uploaded via API key (x-api-key) are private by default. Visiting...
As shown in the screenshot, the original asset resolution is 1920x960. Since the vertical resolution (960p) is just below your ~980p threshold, the encoder falls back to 720p instead of serving 1080p. That explains the cap I'm seeing, it's working as intended given the source. Thanks for clarifying
Hi, I have a couple of questions/suggestions regarding free accounts:
1) Video quality cap: When uploading as a free user, the maximum playback quality seems to be capped at 720p - even when I select only 1080p as a single quality (without multi-quality encoding), the resulting video still...

I'm unable to upload files - I keep getting "Upload failed (408)" error every time I try.
Also, I noticed that .mkv format is not available in the file picker dropdown. I have to manually select "All files (.)" option to even choose my .mkv file for upload.
Could you please look into both issues?
Could you add dark mode for the video player? I'm talking about the white menu that appears when you click the settings (as shown in the screenshot) - a dark mode would be better than this white background
Have you guys also noticed that since multi-quality was introduced, it sometimes encodes at max quality of 720p instead of 1080p when the source is 1920x804 from Amazon?
I wanted to ask if you could disable the automatic file deletion feature introduced in update 1.3.1. Previously, files were stored permanently regardless of view frequency, even for free accounts. This was one of the main advantages of your service. The new 30-day expiry for non-premium users...
Could you improve the search function to support more specific queries like "series name s01" or "series name s02"? Currently, searching by series name alone returns all results (including files already in folders), which makes management slow and difficult.
Will you add to Byse that when you click edit, it will also show information like on Filemoon?
Size, Length, Video codec, Audio codec, Container, Filesize
And separate folder search like on Filemoon, instead of having file and folder search combined in one
Could you fix the folder sorting so that when you enter a folder with TV series episodes (s01e0...), they display starting from episode 1 at the top, just like it was on Filemoon? Currently, you have to manually switch to A-Z sorting, and then switch back to sort by newest.
When moving files to...
In Player Settings, when I set the Default Audio Track, it doesn't select the chosen language but instead defaults to the first available track when the file is multilanguage. Please fix this.
In the Edit File section, it doesn't display information like on Filemoon (bitrate, duration, quality...
I don’t need the embed code, just a plain link. Right now, it’s not possible to copy the direct link from the embed without the '/v/' part — could you add an option to copy only the plain link for embedding?
Here are the video IDs I tried: 1684744, 1684720, 1684668, 1684619, 1684547, 1684460, 1684398, 1683998.
Also, is it possible to have the 'copy link' option copy the URL without the '/v/' part, so the link would be ready for embedding directly?
After I select the episodes and try to move them, I get a ‘videos moved successfully’ message, but the files are not actually moved to the designated folder. Is it possible to fix this issue?
When I select files by typing the name to mark multiple episodes from a specific season, there's no option to move them into a folder. What I'm trying to do is move TV show episodes into a folder organized by the show name and season
