As shown in the screenshot, the original asset resolution is 1920x960. Since the vertical resolution (960p) is just below your ~980p threshold, the encoder falls back to 720p instead of serving 1080p. I'm unable to upload files - I keep getting "Upload failed (408)" error every time I try. Also, I noticed that .mkv format is not available in the file picker dropdown. I have to manually select "All files (.)" option to even choose my .mkv file for upload. Could you please look into both issues?
