Same here, I messaged them on Telegram yesterday to let them know, and they told me they would look into it. I asked them again later, but I haven't received a reply yet. Did you buy the account or redeem it with balance? In my case, it was with balance.
Nothing yet. For the past few weeks, the Net+7 has been a bit off—it's usually closer to +12 than 7, especially when it gets processed right before the weekend. They really need to fix that.

For the past few days, it’s been impossible to use the service at this time of day, with endless waiting queue. And then, even if you’re lucky enough for your video to be available after half a day, it takes forever to load.
Does that have anything to do with why the /e/ embeds aren't working, but the video loads if I access the standard /d/ URL?

Alright, it’s working again now.
They already have that, although it's true that in most videos (I’ve checked and it’s roughly 4 out of 5) only the 1080p and 480p options appear, skipping the 720p encoding.

Any update on when we'll be able to exchange account balance for Premium? Three weeks ago you told me an update to implement this would arrive 'tomorrow,' and yet everything is still the same.
I am a Premium user and I'm experiencing an issue where several of my uploads are stuck in the transfer queue. I’ve tried deleting and re-uploading them; while it worked for some, others remain stuck in a long queue.
