Well, I'm on 100Mbit EU server. Recently, my speed to hotfile is vastly increased. My avg upload speed is around 6-7MB/s if I'm uploading just one file. I can hit 100Mbit almost all the time. :D

It depends on the contents: SCC, GFT, SBT (new tracker and uploaders are from ex-ScT).
