Sceneaccess has the best pre-times. You could get an invite to SCC by paying 10 euro so someone can invite you.

RLSLog and other blogs provides popular content after the release has been pre'd.
It looks like rlslog's main source is iptorrent as they provide the same content as they do. They aren't slow, but they are slower than SCC in general.

Guys check out SBT, another new tracker. It is easy to get invite since it is new, but uploaders are from ex-ScT members. Well, the site feels like ScT. Damn I miss ScT. ScT is the best among all the trackers.
