Dear customer,

We are very sorry to inform you that there was a security breach in our core systems which has caused major destruction of data on our Linux VPS services, shared hosting in the Germany location and dedicated servers in the Alphen a/d Rijn location .

We are currently in the process of re-building our node systems and steps have been taken to prevent this issue from occuring in the future.

Customers who plan to cancel and need a refund are instructed to open a support ticket in the billing department or send an e-mail to billing@servedome.com with the subject 'Refund request'.

We will be offering a service credit of 2 months to customers who wish to continue their services. For this you need to open a support ticket in the 'Technical Support' department or send an email to support@servedome.com with the subject 'Linux VPS - Service continuation'.

Our sincere apologies for all the inconvenience this may have caused you and we will keep you updated regarding the rebuild progress.

So its choosing between stopping with their service (and getting a refund), OR, continueing and getting 2 months free?!
 
Just what im say in my last post here :) Its back, and all will be fine in the next few hour...
Interesting how many people want to see servedome down.. i just want to know ,why ?

yea im stones as fuck lol

anyways im staying with them fuck the data it can be replaced
but hes always been a great host to me so im sticking by him like he did me
 
Crap I regret I didn't get their message sooner. I wouldn't have signed up with another VPS company which is already pissing me off.. I'll just continue with ServeDome, at least they don't 'take holidays' on weekends.
 
My VPS is up but I can't login via SSH, or FTP. So I can do is via the VPS Control Panel is hit the buttons Restart, Reboot, Reinstall...over and over again. Sigh. lol.
 
Huh i am too much wait for reinstalation of vps :(
