Crap I regret I didn't get their message sooner. I wouldn't have signed up with another VPS company which is already pissing me off.. I'll just continue with ServeDome, at least they don't 'take holidays' on weekends.

Didn't you get the ticket? There was major destruction of data, a.k.a., wiped clean. Now stay with them or leave, if you have a backup, good job.

Bret is a cool guy when it's about support, but if he isn't online it will take a while until you can get an answer. Hire some people in different time zones to help with tickets and such.. Also the VPS is semi-managed, so don't expect everything to be done, they will only set up the vps and...

Hey you could tell the limit of "Add-on" domains for each package, I was thinking about transfer my other websites, but I'm not sure how many domains you guys allow, is not parked, is add-on.
