This should be a standard feature. It is with pretty much any other host.

They deactivated that feature because some users began to sell self created accounts using own balance far below normal prices which is against the TOS. But as far as i know it's possible to do that opening a support ticket - normal ratio, of course.

If there's an "extend own account" account option then this doesn't apply which is what most hosts do.
