I would like to express that since Tippie has found these errors I have had good customer service from him.
He gave me a full refund as soon as I asked, and pushed my domain onto a new account, which I have control.
He is also keeping my account open till I retrieve the DB, thanks alot.

Great customer service.

if some site is getting 10,000 unique hits/day, Im sure they can afford DEDICATED hosting. Why would they stay in Shared?

I received an update from the datacenter,I immediately sent a mass email to all shared directadmin clients.

Looks like the police seized the harddrive.
The datacenter told me it was something worse than warez.

It could be phishing,illegal porn,hacked credit cards,etc...

Hopefully it will be back fast.

my site dedi.in is hosted on shared hosting DA

plz tell me that you have all the data, thats all i want,

And wrzhosts servers are pretty fast when they are up, i have no complains

but plz try to get teh servers back soon , and plz take backup of my database if u can if the police are gonna wipe it out

We've had our amount of ebay and paypal and bank scams,aswell as hyip programs,etc...
Some people just don't know what they can host and what not,some things are illegal all around the globe.
I'm trying my best to keep the wrzhost shared server up and I will learn from the things that happened now,shared clients will be put on a temp vps and when they qualify to go on the permanent server they can be moved or they can request a move when they feel like they are genuine.

I call the datacenter every 5 hours,I mail them a lot.
I haven't received a single reply,so what should I do?

All I'm doing at the moment is answer support tickets of clients asking me what's wrong.

I'm working on a plan with my old provider to relocate shared there because it brings me and my premium customers nothing but problems.

I'm paid now WRZHost Semi-Dedicated Server and is very fast !!:zthir6::zthir6:
 
maybe these guys in hong kong said "screw this" and just gave up on wrzhost.com or maybe they're in jail serving a lifetime sentence?
 
nope, not in the least. IMO no warez site should be located on a shared server. But thats just me.

I lease a dedicated from wrzhost and the server is fine. Semi-dedi customers are fine.

You get what you pay for with shared hosting IMO, doesn't matter which host your with.

well why not?
not every warez site starts out big. First few months traffic is really low and after that, that warez site will most likely die just like others do

shared hosting is like dedicated hosting except you share it with few other people.
I would imagine they both have same hardward/software and thus similar uptime. So why would there be any problems with shared hosting?
