Hi Hish I opened a ticket earlier today..I have not been paid out for weeks. I got a generic reply that had nothing to do with my questiions about being paid and now I see it has moved over to being paid next week..I haven't been paid out in WEEKS..I rely on my payouts to cover my server cost...

I got new hardware added to my server today and now I cannot restart litespeed...It just tells me litespeed cannot be started check error log. I have a cracked version of litespeed which requires me to change the key every couple weeks. I don't really know much about servers...someone set up...

thanks for your response....I didn't make any changes to the name nor did I add a domain..U are correct though. I can get in my cpanel using my IP but no luck with ftp.

That would cause my cpanel or ftp access not to work?? I didn't add a new domain or site so I don't know where that is coming from. I could care less if it works for everyone else..it doesn't work for me which is most important to me...I'm just asking for support..that is all. I've responding...

I try not to post here when i have an issue but it seems to get me the fastest response. My site is down once again but this time it's really weird. Opera and firefox are loading completely different index.html pages...The forum itself will not load nor will the cmps. Opera was working until...

Alright my service is restored. FYI..This is the nearly the only downtime I've had wrzhost servers. I'm overall happy with the actual servers..My issue lies more with the fact it took them so long to get back to me. He did say his internet was down but he shouldn't be the only one answering...
