Any reviews about XSLTel ?

I want to move my site from KnownSRV (downtime evry single day) to XSLTel.com - NL shared. Do you know this company, have you ever use them ? Are they good ? Thx :)

Well they are really great with great support.

You can read reviews of their customers. They will be much better than my writing here.

we contact xsltel support 4 days ago... and replied immediately asking for new customer issues/questions, general stuff etc. etc...so first experience -> positive PASSED !

From the reviews here on wj and overall they get would say 8/10 nice rating.

High recommended (from many existing users) we are also between knownsrv and xsltel but have plenty of time to transfer (next month).

They are newer compared to knownsrv but have good customer experiences so far from the report(s) we read on wj (not many) and on the web.

@Drinkordie would be nice to open this thread we were thinking of opening exact same one (to read user experiences with them) since there aren't many complaints :) :) for xsltel and is nice to ask the existing users here for any problems they had with them.

XSLTel is top quality. But, KnownSRV is great too. I host a very high traffic blog with KnownSRV and I've been nothing but happy with the way Krun!x handles everything :)

I think your problem abourt Ram usage is not KnownSRV Problem?!

Perhaps something with your DLE Installation or something like that is the Problem,

Look i would check the Mods or hacks you running on your DLE installation perhaps this is the Problem?!

Something is eating to much on your installation becouse how Lifetalk here above say you can run on KnownSRV big sites.

I have hear that from much people here.

How i say in my post before iam using xsltel since 1 Week iam very happy there but i think the Problem on your Service on KnownSRV has nothing to do with their Service ;)
 
XSLTel can be a good option for shared hosting. I am hosting my site with them since 2 Months now. All is going well.

I might have faced only 1 or 2 down times roughly.

XSLTel is an expert always trying to help you around and he also secures the sites so you don't have to worry about loosing your data.

Complete value for money and I seriously recommend him.

Other choice I would say would be knowinservers.com I love them as I have my blog hosted with them since 7-8 months or more now. Not much downtimes and issues are resolved asap.

So you have two choices from me :) Go for the best.

No man, thats not only my problem there, a lot of guys writing in this thread about that. My site was earlier hosted with Shared Crunchhost and it was working smooth and I dosen't have a smallest downtime, load time was like 4s, on KnownSRV (in first day) it was 11s and my site was so many times down ,,,

My site is using (maxi-kino.pl) WP with WP Cache. Its simple blog site.
 
I will also add..he helps with everything and is almost always available. He can fix all server issues and goes beyond calling to help. He is quite the perfectionist with his servers. I highly recommend it. :)
